| Why I'm Vegan |
| I have been veggie since I was 6 years old and then turned vegan some years ago when I understood more about the animal cruelty of dairy. Veganism for me is a lifestyle rather than just a plant-based diet. It's a constant learning curve. From peer-reviewed research, I understand our bodies are designed for a fruitarian diet and if that is so becoming fruitarian is not only better for our health but would be better for the environment and wildlife too but for the moment I am back to being vegan. |

| More About Me |
| I'm easy going and have a love for life - all life, I will pick up worms, slugs and snails from the curb so they don't get squished and love the strange looks I get! I have a rescue cat (yes, not sure what to do about food - thoughts welcome) BD who is part of the family. I have been involved with wildlife rescue I have a Creative Arts diploma in land/nature-art and moving image. These are mainly to do with various aspects of water pollution. I love travel. I'm a generally happy person, fun, caring and loyal who is always willing to go that extra mile. I love walking, swimming in the sea all year, wildlife watching, photography, the arts, board games, reading, live music, yoga, meditation, gardening, anything creative, being with friends. I'm very sociable but like alone time too. I'm happy to try new things. I am interested in people from all cultures and backgrounds and spiritual beliefs as it makes for a colourful world. Taste in music is very varied. Politics left/green but since the virus I am not sure - not sure in that I'm not sure I now believe in politics. Student - OCA - BA Creative Arts - Painting and Moving Image. Intending to use this with writing for charity work etc. Vegan/environmental/ethical I'm not materialistic and would love a simple self-sufficient lifestyle, maybe community - fairly open. Having said that one where I can use my noddle so the grey matter doesn't get too bored lol |

| I'm Looking For |
| So what am I looking for? Ah!! :D All the usual things - honest, dependable, faithful, loving, caring, similar interests, sociable but likes or at least respects alone time. By sociable although I can do large groups I prefer small intimate groups - that family feel. Honesty - I'm claircognizant and will know if something is not right but more than that I'm fairly unflappable and so somebody that can open up to me and be honest with me is important - it works both ways :) An animal and wildlife lover. Somebody who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty but is also happy about going to the theatre. Environmentally friendly and politically the same or very similar (leftie). A sea lover. Likes to travel Into outdoor sports and if it isn't something I can partake in I would be very supportive. What else? A sense of humour is vital and the ability to laugh at yourself is 100% essential. A romantic date is more likely to be a moonlit walk and fire on a beach than a meal out. Must like hugs and cuddles Into photography and moving image I have no interest in casual affairs, hook-ups, one night stands, or short term relationships. I'm also not into open/polyamarous relationships. |
