| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I am a "simple" vegetarian. Of course being vegan is best for health, the animals and the environment and primarily for ethics but we must not "advertise" veganism to omnivores because we then just scare theme away. If we manage to persuade someone to a "simple" vegetarian, then with time he/she will convert oneself to vegan. Time is needed. We may easily prove that we are right and the many wrong, but it is extremely difficult if not impossible for the many to comprehend us. So we must proceed step by step cautiously in our struggle to change the world! |

| More About Me |
| I am fond of nature-close sports, (cycling, hiking and flying aircrafts). I also like and I do often attend theater, opera, classical music performances. But also I like folk and some of "popular" greek music, which I play also with my accordion. I play also some piano. (Up to BWV 1044, if you know...) I like to read of books and magazines in 8 languages that I know well. (The one extra not listed above is bulgarian.) I am very interested in scientific but also in global political, economical and environmental issues. (Of course I am very well aware of how small influence I do exert to all of them…) I travel frequently in Europe and Turkey. I like getting to know and to interact with other cultures. Because the vegetarian movement is nearly non-existent in my country Greece, I try to interact with vegetarian friends also from other countries. |
