| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| Why I don't eat meat: First because I was raised by hippies, the whole 9 yards: Greatful Dead, home schooling, no TV having, Saturday market going, Ty dye sporting, vegetarians. Second because as a thinking rational adult the idea of stripping an animal of life and taking it's skin off to consume it is vulgar and disgusting. Third I believe in changing our world, I wouldn't exactly say I am an environmentalist but I care and I do my best to conserve and respect. Agribusiness is a danger, mass farming of animals for food and byproduct is contributing more than anything to the environmental collapse of our ecosystem. Its a core value for me I believe in it and sometimes refer to myself as a "religious vegetarian" because that is how much I believe in the lifestyle. |

| Things I like doing? Cooking, indi film, craft brew (my fantasy includes brewing my own), walking (I am an excellent walker), soaking pool at Mcmenimmns, live music (on rare occasions) and thrift stores. The fine print: Single mom of a 5 year old boy. He is my priority when he is with me. |
