I also believe that one should be mentally, physically and spiritually active throughout one's life. I am not averse to material wealth but firmly oppose it as a major goal. Money should be the means to an end not an end in itself. I hold respect for all forms of life to be a fundamental pillar of life itself, and am convinced that vegetarianism and the refusal to use products obtained by the enslavement or massacre of animals, e.g. leather goods, ivory and so on is the only just way of life. |
