| After being vegan for over 12 years, I naturally stopped cooking and decided to check into the raw food lifestyle. After some research I decided to transition immediately and followed a 100% raw diet for 10 years. The experience has been life changing to say the least... awesome and am grateful for the amazing benefits.. not only health, also peace, well-being, awareness, intuition and much more. As the years pass, I learn more, refine, test and experience changes and benefits. After 10 years fully raw I've added a few steamed foods into my diet. |
