| I'm an ethical vegan, but I see the environmental and health reasons as well. I went vegetarian in 1990 and vegan around 2005. There’s really no reason not to go veg! 😀 |

| More About Me |
| Being vegan is a huge part of my life. I support a number of causes and do my best to help the veg*ans in my area be a community. I get told I look young for my age - thanks to good genes and being veg! I definitely don’t feel my age. I’m a dog person and love to take mine hiking, I have nothing against cats, but am allergic. I can be around them, so it's not a deal-breaker, but if you have a bunch we probably won't work out. I like to spend time with friends, see live music (lots of different genres, but mostly local music), cook and eat out (great veggie food!), host parties/potlucks, camping, hiking - just regular stuff. I make a mean vegan banana bread. I actually like to cook more than I like to eat. Kids are great, but I do not wish to produce any. Please, if this is something you have to have from a partner, let's just be friends. :) If you already have kids, that is ok. I attempt to do more good than I do harm and try to enjoy life to the fullest. I try to keep a positive attitude though it's not always easy. |

| You recycle. You realize we all have an impact on the planet. Despite the enormity of all the problems on this planet, you like to have a good laugh and enjoy yourself (while trying to do your part to fix something in your down time). You are not interested in playing games. You say what you mean and do what you say. You share my love of animals and concern for the environment. You don't mind a lady who curses from time to time. I am sure there are other things, but it's hard to quantify. You just know when you are happy to be around a person. Besides, I think we're all looking for attributes we aren't even aware of yet. That's part of the fun! |
