| I've been a vegetarian for almost 30 years, and became vegan about 10 years ago. Truthfully, I'm "mostly vegan". I am motivated by a desire to avoid contributing to suffering where I'm able. |

| I am passionate and outgoing . Kindness and compassion are, to me, essential. My somewhat shy, devoted dog is a beloved companion. Laughter is one of my favorite pastimes along with stimulating conversation, enjoying a good beer and delicious food, watching movies, playing word games and cards, and creating run on sentences. My loves for walking outdoors, running, and dancing perfectly compliment my weakness for fried foods. I love my job creating and teaching art, and though I sometimes get intense about it, I try to keep it flexible to leave room for spontaneous fun. I value spending time with my friends and family. I'm fascinated by plants and insects, and by this wonderful and mysterious world in which we live. I strive to be as real as possible in seeing and conveying my own feelings and needs, and not being guided by fears. It's a work in progress, and it's essential to me that a lover/ partner is also personally engaged in this work. |
