| Why I'm Vegan |
| My decision to become Vegan is for ethical reasons but I certainly value all the health benefits that come with this lifestyle. Being vegan is just part of my evolution as a woman and a human being. I can't see myself living any other way. I have been vegan now for over 10 years and a vegetarian since I was 13. |

| I consider myself a multi-dimensional woman. Easy going; don't sweat the small stuff, right? Intellectual; love good conversation. Humorous; pretty sure people are laughing with me at not at me! Ultimately, I want to live my life with purpose and a positive impact. I have a never-ending curiosity for life, and feel that I am in perpetual state of discovery. I am easy to please and love to laugh. I have my Master's in Social Work. I coordinate a prevention program for teens, which you can imagine creates a variety of experiences. I can honestly say that I love what I do! I am definitely more spiritual than religious. More recently I have been studying Buddhism. I do respect and appreciate other religious paths. |
