| Why I'm Vegan |
| I've been vegan for about 12 years now, after a few years spent as a vegetarian. My main reason for this choice is ethical. I do not see the point in making other beings suffer when I can do otherwise. Over the course of the years I've learned to cook better and better vegan dishes so I can really say now that I don't regret this choice in the slightest. I've tried being on raw food for a while but I reverted to conventional veganism as I didn't see any health improvement. |

| More About Me |
| A few years ago I moved to Israel, and unfortunatedly I still feel like I don't belong here. I am a bit socially awkward and it is difficult for me to make friends in "real life" (I've even been told I am Asperger, never got tested though, but that might explain the situation a bit haha). So that's why I am here. I would say I feel more at ease in nature than in a city, with few people rather than in a crowd, with a book rather than in front of a screen. I love nature, animals, music and arts. I try my best to stay positive, but I'll admit that I find that more and more difficult, even though I do not have a television and try to stay away from the news, at least up to a certain extent. I am very critical of our society and don't blindly believe what I'm told by the mainstream media. I like to check the facts and that has made me more and more careful and also, unfortunately, untrusty. I am married and have a baby daughter. This has made me think a lot, and research about education, health recommendations,... in order to make up my own mind and choose what is best for her. I absolutely love learning languages as I see that as a mean of communicating with more like minded people and learn about their cultures too. I love arts and started learning drawing last year, unfortunately with a baby at home this is one of the many projects I have had to postpone for a while. |

| I'm looking for friends here. As I wrote in my profile, I'm married and not looking for a romantic relationship in the slightest!!! I hope to find honest, vegan/vegetarian people who like to think "out of the box". I value true friendship, exchanging ideas, going out together,... if you have children, even better!
