| I went vegetarian about 39 years ago for health and ethical reasons. It's the best decision I made as a kid. I've been vegan for about 28 years now, and this just sort of happened naturally over time, as eating plant-based was my natural inclination anyway. |

| Hello. I am a writer/singer/spoken word performer (poetry), who also works in the cancer diagnostics realm. I am heavily into music, movies, and reading. Active tendencies include: kickboxing workouts, vegan cooking (baking seems to be my strength), yoga nidra, pilates, walking for days, spontaneous "interpretive dance," travel adventures, and writing actual letters, volunteering in the realm of eating disorders awareness/prevention eduction (and others), etc. |
