| I follow a raw foods diet because I know that this is the most intelligent way to eat. I believe that we should our food in its most natural state in order to gain the most health benefits. Cooking food destroys all the enzymes and our life processes depend on enzyme function. When enzymes are depleted, so is our life force and health. |
