| I've been vegan for 15 years, and previous vegetarian ... standard reasons beginning with health issues then grew into ethical as I read more... now it would be impossible to ever change.... have added lotsa raw food into the plan and try to keep processed foods to minimum ;) |

| I'm a cosmetic chemist working in the fragrance industry. I paint and have an art studio across town... that's been a life saver. PA, TX, IN, and CO are places I've lived, then rebounded back to the east coast to begin a new career and explore NYC. I'm intrigued by languages (German, French), spoil my two cats daily I'm slowly learning to play accordion ;). I love discovering new places in the city and definitely appreciate an afternoon lounging by the water. I've been vegan for the past 15 years, love experimenting in the kitchen, and am trying to become more aware of animal/environmental issues and be pro-active. |
