| Why I'm Vegan |
| I became vegan for both ethical reasons, but the more I researched, the more I learned about the truth about the health benefits of following a vegan diet. I also realized how terrible today's food system and factory farming is for the animals and for the environment. I feel so much better physically, mentally and emotionally. My training, racing and recovery has improved dramatically. I feel that I am at the best I can be with smart training on a vegan diet. |

| I am an ultramarathon runner from Victoria BC. I've also lived in Edmonton for several years as well as Prince George and Penticton BC. I am passionate about running and living a healthy lifestyle. It is not only a way of life for me, but also a passion and I have an immense respect for active lifestyles. I am looking for a vegan partner or a vegetarian lady that is interested in learning more about veganism. This lady does not have to run ultra marathons like me but some sort of interest in some sort of physical activity would be great... walking, hiking, biking, hitting the gym a few times a week, whatever?? |
