| I have been vegetarian since I was 14 (extremely radical at that time). Over the years my spiritual/food adventure has led me through macrobiotics, ayurveda(still a favorite) and raw food which I keep coming back to...must be the high vibe. Alas, I live in Canada, which means brutally cold winters. During this time I fall back on some warming foods for comfort while dreaming of a much more balmy climate. :) |

My time is spent reading, creating culinary delights, gardenining (during our 2 month growing season), dancing,playing, healing arts,hot yoga and much more. I am a Quantum Biofeedback Practitioner and work with other energy healing modalities which I've trained in over the past 30 years. A healthy spirit and lifestyle are important to me and I live it joyfully! |
