| Why I'm Vegan |
| I have been vegan for a year and a half and it has had a profound effect on my life. I turned to veganism because I didn't want to contribute to animal suffering and as a way of improving my health. Before being vegan my diet was poor and I was overweight. Since then I have lost over 100lbs and feel great both physically and mentally. I continue to improve and fine tune my diet as well as my exercise regimen and try to share my experience with other people, especially other guys who may think that being vegan means being a weakling. |

| More About Me |
| I am an easy going guy that enjoys spending time with family and friends. Back in 02 my older brother passed away and because of this I am very close with my niece and nephews and enjoy being with them. I also like to read, go to the movies, broadway shows, working out and playing with my dogs. Although cooking is not a passion of mine I am trying to learn to cook more vegan meals other than my typical veggie/tofu stir fry. Writing this part (albeit short) took me a long time, I hate trying to describe myself!! :-) |
