| For health reasons, the health of the animals! Vegan is a lifestyle and philosophy based on kindness, compassion and no cruelty. With that in mind, how can one NOT be a vegan. Everything in the world exists for itself, and I don't believe that animals are here for our use and abuse. |

Trying hard to find a balance between dealing with the anger and sadness I feel from watching the horror of what humans do to the planet, and trying to be more acknowledging of those that are of like mind and who make a difference.
