| Eating vegan food makes me feel much healthier. I also feel good about the fact that I have less impact on the world, the environment and animals. I have been vegetarian my entire adult life, but prefer being vegan. Where possible I buy organic products. |

| I like to go out for coffee and meals, watch art house films, and see and learn new things. At the moment I am learning Arabic and am travelling. I also enjoy quiet weekends spent going to yoga and reading. Although I really like tech and gadgets I still prefer paper books. To relax I also like to listen to music. I really enjoy cooking and am happiest when gardening. I am to permaculture and regenerative agriculture The issues that really interest me are the environment and technology. I like to work on ways of improving things. |
