| I am vegan because to me it is the most compassionate way to live. I was vegetarian for the last 15 years and recently have taken the next step..I feel great!! I am new to this site and have decided that I will give it a try. I have learned so much about the horror of factory farming and how incredibly cruel it is and of course how bad the diet is for our health, that I know that vegan is the only way for me to be. I am on journey and still have a lot to learn, but I find it fun, exciting and my world has changed!! |

| More About Me |
| I have always loved animals. Many hours of my life has been spent humanely trapping feral cats and re homing them or placing them in barns with the wonderful help of rescues I volunteer with. I also have had colonies that are managed that I go to and feed. I have recently become more interested in animal rights and I am now clear that I need to be with a like minded person who has the capacity to hold this kind of compassion for for all beings. I love to go out to eat..I like to cook and I love to go to the beach and out for long walks with a hot drink. I am pretty much a homebody but like the idea of going on trips at some point too. |
