| Why I'm Vegan |
| Originally I became a Vegetarian as a young child. It all began for compassionate and ethical reasons but now it is also about my overall health and well being. Mentally, spiritually, emotionally, physically, socially it's the best choice for me. Over the years I have moved from Vegetarian to Vegan and currently I am moving towards more of a living raw foods lifestyle. Veganism for me is about health, vitality, conscious eating and expression, fitness, energy as well as ethics, sustainability, compassion. I feel it nurtures respect and integrity for my body and my intrinsic connection to other living beings on this planet.I'm by no mean perfect nor do I have it all figured out but this is my path for life. |

| I love nature, west coast living, travel, being with family and friends. My spirituality and life philosophy is very important to me. It grounds me and helps me enjoy life to the fullest and feel good about who I am and how I participate in life. I am a very honest person, passionate, love to laugh and play and enjoy meeting others. I'm curious, open minded, a good listener and conversationalist. Warm hearted and always open to learning and trying new things. I seem to be always up to something new and friends sometimes tease that I am a going concern. lol I love the spring and summer. To live outdoors as much as possible. To visit local farmers markets, organic coop's and hit the beach and lake. I hope one day to build/live in a eco green environmentally sustainable home with my own organic garden. Simple, clean, awesome westcoast living... I also love to travel and plan to eventually be living seasonally elsewhere like Hawaii or Costa Rica. Aloha ~ Pura Vida! |
