| One day 9 years ago ‘the light came on in my head’ that eating meat was impossible for me. Since then I have been a veggie as I think it is the best way to get all the way around and treat animals justly. In my opinion, everybody has the right to live and it is quite easy to live a healthy life and enjoy a good diet without killing and consuming other sentient creatures that suffer from pain and fear just as much as people do. Killing is merciless and inhumane and eating animals is not only cruel but also poisons the environment, the body , the mind and the soul. Animals are my friends, not my food. My motto is ‘May all beings be happy and have right to live’. |

| More About Me |
| My belief system is very simple: I believe in the Creator and I am very spiritual and nature conscious. I’m kind, sensitive, caring, loving, easy going, affectionate and tender, caring, trustworthy, honest and thoughtful of others. At least I am trying to be. The top priority in my life is love. I love children passionately and this love became the reason of my having chosen the profession: I have been a teacher for more than 30 years already and the more I work the more I love my job. I am very happy because for me my profession is both a hobby and business. I try, as much as I can, to teach my students to love our beautiful planet and to be responsible for all they do. I also try to share love with them and to let more light enter their hearts, souls and minds. I do try to learn to live in the present and express gratitude for every experience God gives me. I have compassion for all sentient creatures, especially for animals and people experiencing misery and pain. So I am a member of a charitable organization to support stray animals. I volunteer every day and it helps me to make my life sensible. I desire not to be a cause of pain, misery, suffering, or violence to anyone and try to live my life the way I think the Creator wants me to do. I am interested in eastern philosophy and yoga, eat healthy food, go jogging and walk every day thus taking care of my body. I like reading and listening to good music (nothing special, just anything which resonates with my spirit),enjoy tasteful humour and interesting conversation. I am very romantic, not materially minded at all. I am as normal as any person who enjoys life and all it offers and have the same needs, desires, likes, dislikes as any individual. |
