| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| I've been vegan since July of this year, and going strong. :) I made the decision to go vegan for many reasons. One being the fact that I absolutely love animals, and can't bear the thought of them suffering. I feel like there's something wrong when your values don't match your lifestyle choices. The main reason I made the change, though, is for health reasons. Before I went vegan, I was incredibly depressed. It was probably one of the darkest points of my life. My body was extremely unhappy as well..it was just time for a change. Now, I'm happy pretty much every day. My body feels great all the time. Everything about being vegan just makes me happy, and I'm incredibly proud of it. It's a spiritual journey for me. |
