| I became a vegetarian in 1989 on New Years Eve when, while seeing The Grateful Dead cook so hard with Branford Marsalis, I had an epiphany that I should not eat meat. Cool huh? Truth be told, I am no longer a vegetarian. Helping to raise two children who are with their mom more than myself, I had to bend and adapt and grow and change. I am still primarily vegetarian! I eat only organic chicken and turkey occasionally. I still shop at the health food store. Still only eat organic produce. |

| I am a 43 year young man (who looks 34) divorced-father of two Awesome CHILDREN that live on The Big Island of Hawaii with their mom. I live on KAUAI. The grandmother island, the crown chakra island, the garden island! I own and steward a 10 acre Organic Farm on a stream , in a valley, a mile from the ocean ( I can hear it right now) On KAUAI. I live on and with the land. I sew seeds, plant, harvest, cut back and tend to all kinds of food sources. Mostly fruit trees! Coconuts, bananas, papayas, mangos, pineapples, and SO much more. I gave up the sarcasm yeARS AGO ( i DON'T MIND IT IF IT IS TIMELY AND FUNNY)I do have a quick wit and still have my New York brand of humor. Yes I was born and bred in Queens, NY and people can still tell where I am from from the way I talk and how I talk and my mannerisms. I love music...JERRY is numero uno! Allmans, Doors, Van, Dylan.. I can cook a bit (3 or 4 signature dishes), I love to dine out too! I went to Syracuse University so I bleed Orange! I am a life long Yankees fan! Concerts, movies, sporting events, anything on a beach, skiing, travel...these are a few of my favorite things. |
