| I've been plant-based since around 23, and have been all variations. I was 99% vegan, eating very occasional dairy when dining out or at other people's homes. I was 100% vegan at home and made the decision to go totally vegan at the beginning of 2018. I stopped eating meat originally because it grossed me out, and then I started making the connection between animal suffering and eating them. |

I'm an Aussie who lived in NYC for 5 years, and now live in Portland, Oregon. Give me nature, peace and quiet, books, vegan food, good company, and I'm happy! Edit: Oh, throw freedom in there because it seems to be a rare thing these days. I am not a fan of the 'powers that be', whichever side they're on. Lies and corruption make my blood boil. If you understand what this means, we might get along. I'm manifesting a life as free of restrictions as possible, and one where I live as self-sufficient as possible. One of my fave shows (I don't own a tv but occasionally binge worthy shows) is Homestead Rescue. The idea of getting away from it all in nature is absolutely pulling at my heart strings. Totally off-grid? Not sure, but I did do this for a month a few years ago and liked it. Dreaming big: an earthship overlooking the ocean, surrounded on other sides by forest. A lil work studio where I can create (online courses/herbal medicines/skincare etc). Maybe a retreat style space. I don't like parties or bars and don't drink or do any drugs. I live as healthy a lifestyle as possible, and aim to create a life of serenity and high vibes. I'm active and LOVE to hike to enjoy the surroundings, like to notice the little things, adore animals (not so crazy about dogs), especially kitties. I started growing my natural silver hair out a year ago when I realised I didn't particularly like 99% of humans, so why did I care what they thought of my hair? The bonus is that I love it! No, it won't be dyed again. |

| I'm Looking For |
| I would love to meet someone who is easy-going, compassionate and kind. A great sense of humor is a MUST. Deep thinkers, nature lovers, kitty lovers. Drug-free, non-smoker, non-drinker (or minimal) and healthy living. A positive mindset and a spiritual belief system is important. Someone who values freedom and wants to live a lifestyle as I described above (or similar). I chose not to have kids and don't want anyone else's. If they are fully grown and independent, I'd possibly consider if everything else resonates. I'm open to relocate. I absolutely adore Oregon's wilderness and beautiful forests/oceans, but the last two years has made me dislike Portland. Someone who wants to live out of the city is a must, at least eventually. Gamers...tv addicts...incessant talkers...no thanks. At the end of the day, it's all about chemistry! |
