| I've been vegan since June of 2004. Made the switch more for ethical reasons, but certainly have enjoyed the health benefits that have accompanied that change. in 2017 I purchased an Instant Pot, and that has been my preferred cooking method ever since. |

| My life does not center around veganism, however. Yes, it is an integral part of my existence, but so is music and language. I'm a pianist who has a passion for ensemble work. Do you play a solo instrument? Need an accompanist?! Care to play 2-piano or piano duet pieces?! My other passion is to continue learning Spanish - and to find mates with whom to hone my skills. |
