| I started this food style as a means to improve health. However through other paths have become more involved in the understanding that the way we treat other animals has shortcomings. I prefer to consume high amount of raw food. I do eat some eggs but that is not necessary for me to be happy. |

| I like outdoors. Hiking, sailing, bicycling, or in north enjoy snow shoes. Like to dance. I am now not working a job, having the freedom to travel and enjoy activities anytime. I have recently been on a path of spiritual growth through meditations and compassion cultivation. I have found this to be tremendously rewarding. I have started teaching mindfulness to give back to people who have not yet started. I also got my heart fixed, had 100% blockage in one artery. I can do things now that I could not do for years and I can do it without angina pain. I really like the outdoors and believe our interconnection with all things living is more than commonly understood. I love to see the displays of natural life. I like a circle of friends to give a sense of community. I give back some through volunteerism as my situation allows. My work was project management. I am an engineer. |
