| I grow my fruits and veggies, and I cook foods inspired by many cultures. I'm passionate about animal rights and social and environmental justice. I'm very liberal and independent. People describe me as conscientious, compassionate, honest, reliable, creative, poetic, clever, nerdy, and sensitive. I love writing, reading, film, music, art, science, yoga, and nature. I studied Buddhism and I believe in karma, but I don't participate in organized religion. I'm striving to be fit: I go for walks every day and I'm moving toward working out several days a week. Privacy is important to me (which I blame on my INFJ personality type ;)), so I didn't post a photo. I'm happy to send one at your request. I wear glasses. | I would like a partner who enjoys some of my favorite activities: going to art receptions, plays, and concerts; eating at healthy, vegan friendly restaurants; practicing yoga; playing ping-pong; walking/hiking; creating art; and recording music. I rarely drink and only go to bars if there is live music or another activity. As far as a romantic relationship, I'm not looking right now. My ideal mate would be a a vegan (or someone willing to try the transition) nonsmoker who loves nonhuman animals and has similar interests and values. Kindness, compassion, honesty, integrity, intelligence, loyalty, sense of humor, creativity, open-mindedness, curiosity, communication skills, a commitment to health and fitness, respect for diversity, reliability, and progressive values (e.g., backing human rights causes such as gay marriage, working for and supporting ethical companies and organizations) are important to me.
