| More About Me |
| About 18 years ago I experienced a transformative awakening of universal Love that feels like oneness with all that is. The only reality I know for sure is this exquisite Love. Everything else is the play of Maya, which can be beautiful or grotesque or anything in between. We find ourselves in this world of illusion and it is not always a bed of roses. Or if it is, the roses still have their thorns. : ) At times I feel profound pain when sensing great human suffering. I find no contradiction between seeing how delusional we humans can be and loving humanity with all my heart. We love our children, don't we? Humanity is for the most part still in its infancy. There is nothing more wonderful than sharing Love with my lover and those I am close to, as well as through service to humanity and Life. Nothing else really matters to me. Taking care of the body as the physical vehicle for this Love is part of that. Right now my worldly service is manifesting as a shift from years of focus on local organizing and community building to a focus on the necessity and opportunity we now have to transform the global system in which we live.
