| I first made the change to improve my health, but soon learned about the animals and environmental factors. I watched Forks Over Knives which initially opened my eyes. Since then have strived to learn more by reading books and websites, watching numerous documentaries and YouTube videos. It's been over 3 years and I am still interested in continuing to learn. |
