| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I am a vegetarian for ethical reasons mostly, and also for health reasons, but I would be even if there were no health benefits. I just don't believe in animal slavery and exploitation. I have been raised an ovo-lacto vegetarian. I briefly considered becoming "normal" at the end of my teens, out of convenience and a need to fit in, but when I began to think about it, I realized it made no sense. I have then stopped consuming eggs and dairy, except when I am eating out. I am not vegan, but I could easily be. I plan to be in the long term. |
