| Why I'm Vegan |
| Growing up my most reliable friends were my familiy's pets. My bonds with them eventually caused me to feel hypocritical to be eating animals. Years later with the books such as Peter Singer's Animal Liberation I learned about animals being subjected to scientific experimentation and a host of other horrific details. I became an early member of PETA. |

| More About Me |
| I grew up in the Photography Business. My folks had a studio in downtown Seattle. After graduating from the UW I worked full time for my strict Geman parents and as soon as a huge record store (Music Menu) opened in Seattle I took a job there and soon became a buyer. That led to working in the music industry for almost 20 years in various forms , concluding in owning a record store which happend to display an array of Animal Rights posters. I've kept up doing photography with an odd bent and had a couple of shows in Tacoma. Currently I'm semi-retired from doing Custom Carpentry and have a couple of rental houses to keep up. I enjoy hiking, boating and am an audiophile (music freak). My music interests cross many genres. I'm looking forward to my 3rd 'Cruise To The Edge', out of Tampa in February 2019. It's strictly progressive music. I listen to Jazz & Classical, Bluegrass & Folk, Blues & Weird Stuff - anything but very commercial pablam. Politically things are so upside down right now it's tough to realize what's happening all over the planet. I try to stay informed with Thom Hartman, Democracy Now, the PBS Newshour, Chris Hedges - but it can be overwhelming. Often I escape into the world of music or Netflix for a compelling series, film or documentary. |

| I'm Looking For |
| A great partner would be a very moderate of non-drinking vegetarian, open minded to a wide array of music. One who likes to hike and do road trips and doesn't mind being with a slightly hyper guy, who loves organizing. A note on the drinking thing. I never had a problem but quit to support my ex-wive's drinking issues. It didn't help unfortuneatly and I never started back up again. |
