| I read a book, 'How Not To Die' by Michael Greger. It made a change in my life and I've been vegan for a year and a half. In that time I've learned a lot about food as well as cooking. |

| More About Me |
| I've been single for a while now and am interesting in dating. It's hard to believe that I've been living in Minnesota for almost 20 years now. The summers are fun and there are lots of activities. I enjoy like walking, biking and kayaking. I have two daughters and that keeps me busy too. Winter is a bit cold here but I try to make the best of it and get outside as much as possible. I get up early in the morning and make great coffee. Seems like this is the only time that you can have entirely to yourself. I like to get in ten minutes of meditation then some stretching, after that the events of the day take over. If you like coffee, meditation or yoga we will get along. |
