| I decided to become plant based for a variety of health reasons. After some research, I became to interested in how food can heal the body. I also don’t want to be a part of animal cruelty and damage to our environment. |

| I am currently a primary school teacher. I love to travel, exercise, dance and listen to music. One of my favourite things to do on a weekend is get down to the beach for a run followed by some live acoustic music at night. I love catching up with my friends, watching documentaries on how food can heal the body, road trips, eating out at nice vegan restaurants and live music. |
