| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| I initially went vegan in Spring 2013 because I started educating myself on how animals are treated in the agriculture industry and immediately lost my taste and desire for animal products. At first I was eating a very high fat vegan diet with lots of processed foods and I was having digestive issues which led me to discover the 80/10/10 philosophy of eating a fruit based raw vegan diet and it immediately resonated with me! |

| More About Me |
| I was born and raised on the West Coast of Beautiful British Colombia Canada. I'm half Greek half Canadian. 2 years ago my parents retired and decided they wanted to move to Greece and I was like "yeah f**k it I've had enough of Canada too, and I went with them. Now I live with my Mom in a tiny village in the mountains of Crete with more sheep than people...quite a change from my previous city life in Canada! I spend my time hiking, swimming in the sea during the hot months, foraging fruit, playing music and collaborating with my Mom to grow as much of our own food as we can (and sometimes succeeding)! |
