| Why I'm Raw Vegan |
| I initially became vegan for health reasons in university, I was living with a raw food chef who had lots of books about nutrition that piqued my interest, but it wasn't until a few months later when I coincidentally discovered how animals are treated in the dairy and egg industries that I became committed. I had already been brought up vegetarian since birth so for me it was a very easy transition. I choose to eat a fruit based diet because of the simplicity, the ease of digestion, the mental clarity and the amazing amount of energy that fruit provides. |

| I was born and raised on the West Coast of Canada and moved with my family to Greece in 2022. I'm half Canadian and half Greek. I was an aspiring professional trumpet player for many years, but I burnt myself out in music school. After graduating I took a break and did some bike touring and volunteering. Nowadays I like to spend my time planting trees, picking fruit from trees, sitting under trees contemplating life, playing music, hiking, swimming...living a "simple" life. |
