I am a vegan because it is healthy, sustainable, and morally best. I became vegan at a very young age seeing the animals on farms.

I am out to help the world. Indulge in cultures around the world. Climb mountains and swim to the bottom of the ocean. I am attractive inside and out and want to share food and culture with someone special. I am an environmentalist by training. I grew up in Eastern Massachusetts on a horse stable. My diet changed when I was 4 years old. I later became a professional chef even though my diet was this way. I cooked to put myself through a PHD program in engineering and environmental science. Now I cook and travel the world often now. I want to be with a like-minded individual.
