Why I'm Vegetarian |
I see all life as sacred. It is healthier and good for the planet. We need to save our planet and take car of all the creatures. I also believe that the vegetarian diet helps in increasing spiritual energy. |

More About Me |
Genuine man of high principles and ideals. Cares about humanity, justice and compassion. Very much into spiritual growth especially meditation and dream work. Wisdom is my compass. I am a harmonious symphony of strength and gentleness with an easy smile but I don't like greed, selfishness or pettiness I love books and discussing ideas and current events. I am very comfortable with myself and what I am about. I respect others and the differences that make us special, yet I look forward to mutual enrichment, a chance to expand my world, stimulate my mind, inspire me even as I would-you. This poem from "In Tune with the infinite" is a good preview "I stay my haste, I make delays, For what avails this eager pace? I stand amidst eternal ways, And what is mine shall know my face. Asleep, awake, by night or day, The friends I seek are seeking me; No wind can drive my bark astray, Nor change the tide of destiny. The waters know their own, and draw The brooks that spring in yonder height; So flows the good with equal law Unto the soul of pure delight. The stars come nightly to the sky; The tidal wave unto the sea; Nor time, nor space, nor deep, nor high, Can keep my own away from me." |

I'm Looking For |
I am looking for a strong woman who knows real strength is in the gentleness of heart and kindness that listens first before acting. I am looking for depth and substance. I am looking for the harmony of body, mind and soul. I would like a woman who eventually wants to have children I am surprised by how many people have their "mate" so figured out. I believe in the meeting of minds and hearts. An open and flexible mind is the key to at least peer into a soul. In my prayers I ask for my type of person, some qualities of which I may never even know and ask for. Am I your type? ( not a carbon copy of course :-) ) As for me, I am ever at peace.... here is something that I liked as a 15 year old, it rang true then and still rings true to this day: " I asked for health that I might do greater things I was given infirmity that I might do better things... I asked for riches, that I might be happy: I was given poverty, that I might be wise... I asked for power, that I might have the praise of men: I was given weakness that I might feel the need of God.... I got nothing I asked for, but everything I hoped for. Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered. I am among all men most richly blessed." Are you my hope? Am I your hope? Is it blowing my own horn if I say I consider myself a person of exceptional wisdom? I have lived on 3 continents and learned from many cultures. I am an avid badminton player. I like exploring.... nature, places, books, libraries, human nature etc.. |
