| Why I'm Vegan |
| I went vegan in September of 2011 after watching two documentaries; one that touch on the health aspects of the standard american diet (Forks over Knives) and the other that covered the slaughterhouse aspect. I did research into vegan athletes and found that even at the olympic level, a vegan lifestyle was very attainable and it has multiple beneficiaries. |
