| For the animals! The fact that it is the healthiest diet I have knowledge of and is an actual philosophy not just a diet is an added benefit. If I had one wish, I would wish for: The ability to channel the pain, fear, suffering, confusion, torture & eventual death of animals before, during and after they are harmed directly into those who perpetrate these heinous acts. That includes the actual killers & abusers (especially the cowards who hide in "blinds" waiting to kill innocent creatures & "trophy hunters!") as well as those that support them by eating meat, purchasing products tested on animals and wearing animal skin and fur! |

| Semi-retired, intelligent, awakened, attractive, vegan with accomplishments in many fields of endeavor: Music, Ad Agency Owner, Creative Director, Producer, Meditation Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Animal Protector, Author, Poet, Actor, Website Owner, Floral Designer, Martial Artist, to name a few. I have a special bond with animals domestic and wild with wonderful stories of my encounters with them including whales, chipmunks and attack dogs. I have been lucky enough to perform with some of the best musicians in the tri-state area. I have written, produced and/or creative directed hundreds of presentations for many of the Fortune 500. During that time, I worked with some of the most sought-after talent available in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Florida including TONY and GRAMMY award winners. My work has garnered many awards including an “ADDY” Award and the “Grand Award” at the “International Film & Television Festival.” I have attended three colleges pursuing different majors: psychology, communications and radiation therapy. Further studies have been with world renowned voice instructor Katie Agresta (Bon Jovi, Cyndi Lauper, Phoebe Snow), two of the sixteen Korean Tai Kwon Do Masters in the country (Tae Hi Lee & S. Henry Cho), Tai Chi with Aiping Cheng voted one of the top martial artists in the world and enhanced in participation with early morning practitioners during my visits to Shanghai, Guang Chow, Xian and Beijing, China; both Meisner and Strasberg acting techniques with various instructors, Williamson Movement Technique with founder Lloyd Williamson, Jazz & Classical Guitar, Saxophone; Jazz, Tap and Ballroom Dancing. I studied Vippassana, Shamatha and Metta Meditation in retreats frequented at The Insight Meditation Center in Barre, Massachusetts. Additionally, I have had the honor of “Greeting the Dawn” with the Dalai Lama in a secluded area of Central Park in New York City, meditating with Mary the Great Mother of India and receiving Chakra Energy Massage from Isis. |
