| Why I'm Vegan |
| I had an encounter with a vegan graduate student who challenged me on why I wasn’t vegan. I was a nutrition major at the time and thought there was a health argument against the lifestyle. Needless to say, I was uneducated on the scientific evidence of plant based eating. I also believe that there are strong philosophical and environmental arguments for this lifestyle. |
