| Why I'm Vegetarian |
| I attempted to consume just plant based foods for a few months but I missed my eggs! So now I am a vegetarian who eats eggs and some cheese as well. My desire is to improve my health and to reduce the impact on the environment. Animals are so incredibly precious and trusting of us, I feel we owe them the same trust and love. |

| I have lived in Minnesota most of my life with the exception of 4 years in San Diego. I love to dance, kayak, hike, ride my scooter, go on road trips, sing, and eat well (among many other things). Last year I started playing pickle ball and also Thai Chi down by the Mississippi River. I'm missing these community events and hoping we can resume soon! |

| Life is just way too short! I want to spend the rest of my time here on earth enjoying life. Humor, acceptance and kindness are very important to me in any kind of relationship.
