I went through different diets over nine years, I can tell raw food definitely makes difference on many level up for health and consciousness. currently I am a bout to be raw vegan ( 75%-85% of my daily intake). |

Adding to that the spiritual aspect where being on plant-based doing-no-harm for animals is essential for higher vibrations.
