| I was born and raised vegetarian and my parents decided that for themselves at a young age. My children are in their early 20s and have been vegetarian their whole lives. Being compassionate is at the core of my values. Over the past year and a half I have moved towards vegan and the majority of my meals have finally ditched dairy. |
