| So I've learned some things the hard way. I used to think that relationships were about having common interests and a bunch of shared references. But I've learned that the most important things to me go way, way deeper. For me it comes down to finding someone who I love to support, and who loves to support me -- not because we expect anything in return, but just because it feels amazing to support someone you love and see them grow. And that's a totally different way to view a partnership than I have in the past. I'm looking for someone to grow with, who challenges me, and who has goals she finds important that I can support. I'm an Enneagram 7 and am enthusiastic about nearly everything. You won't get bored. I take personal growth and self-development seriously - I'm always looking to be a more compassionate, caring, and honest person. My friends tell me that I make connections quickly and strongly, and that's something I take great joy in. I work in the healthcare technology field and am passionate about using my skills to heal people and the planet. I write fiction as a hobby and will talk your ear off about books if you give me even the slightest opening. I'm into fitness and lead a very active lifestyle, and discovered recently that skiing is a true passion, and I never would have expected it. It's probably good I didn't figure that out earlier, or I would have probably wasted a decade as a ski bum. |
