| I've been vegetarian and vegan for many years. I became health oriented person through macrobiotic, Ajurveda, martial arts, massages, Paida Lajin and other healing methods. Meditation and breathing excercise is my life and soul is hobby which gives me energy to alow me to do some extra things in life. Reading, a bit of gardening, running, biking are some little things that I like to do. Besides massages I do some carpentry and construction/demolition too. Im not too picky about food, but fresh vegies, fruits, rise, beans are simply my love. If the food is not too Yin that is my first choice. I like to make my own water, bread, simple things, but beautiful. Spiritual aspect of my life is very important thing, easter philosopy/religions. Fascinating world, absolutly amazing.
