| I am a whole food - plant based - Vegan. I don't cook or use oil. I do salads and smoothies. I steam, saute and boil stews and soups and make all sorts of interesting concoctions and adventures in a bowl. I do it for my health and to stay alive. I do it for the health of all other sentient beings, no matter how tasty they might be. . . Let them Be. I've been a vegetarian and vegan on and off for 40 years. |

| I'm a video artist, a certified life coach, an urban cyclist who spends a lot of time at Farmers Markets. I meditate daily, I'm a Zumba fanatic and I love to dance. I worked for a couple of Organic Farms for a few years. I'm friends with too many farmers. Vegetables are an important part of this odd adventure I call my life. I just completed a big chapter, in taking care of my mom. I was going back and forth to Florida the last couple of years. I would do guided "loving kindness" meditations with mom. Trying to get her to release what she could and clean up some karma, for both of us before she passed. I am grateful to have given her love, safety and joy in her final days. It was mind blowing and heart opening to witness someone I've known my whole life have a shift at 93. |
