| I believe in practicing kindness and decency to all – people, critters, and nature. I value health and fitness since I like the body I live in to feel good. My two best friends are Optimism and Hope. I have a thing about stairs – I love running up and down stairwells and doing the Manitou Incline. I would like to do the Empire State Building Run-up race someday. Skiing and high-altitude hiking are a big part of my life. I am a minimalist and a bit of a non-conformist.
