| I have been Vegan for 7 years after being Vegetarian for 19 years. I originally went Vegetarian as part of a health regime and as I did more research, I became aware of the plight of animals and went Vegan. |

| I am environmentally conscious and also occasionally participate in peaceful animal activism. I have a keen interest in gardening, especially Herbs and I like to build furniture with recycled or sustainable timber. I like to keep fit and healthy by eating mostly organic healthy food and exercising 3 times a week by stretching and walking. |
