| I became a vegetarian for environmental reasons and found my health improved as well. Now there is no desire to go back. I have a soft heart for the planet and sustainable concepts. I guess I'd be classified as an ovo-veggie. |

| More About Me |
| I've lived in the Colorado high country of Summit and Eagle County's since 1997. Currently I spend 3 or 4 days a week in Denver when I am not home at Copper Mountain. I enjoy yoga, meditation, walking outside in nature, ecstatic dance, and find authentic relating and/or circling practices (NVC) fun! They're awesome for creating a deeper self awareness. Of course skiing is in here just not as much as I used to love it in the past...... I quit eating meat in October of 2019 after a vegan friend suggested I try and I could not argue with his environmental impact logic. Now after over a year I find animal fats sort of gross in general. |
