| I am a biochemist with a special interest in nutrition and fast various times per year. Upon breaking my fasts, having removed "habits" I modify my prior habits. I started by removing sources of antibiotics, hormone supplementation and steroids = factory raised animals. I found that since I could not determine the history of what was on my plate, all animal flesh and derived products were rejected. I need protein and eat free range eggs (my own chickens who appear to be fat and happy. I avoid all GMO plants, and restrict oils to coconut, avocado and extra virgin olive. Fats are needed, and I do eat butter from grass fed cows, as well as the above mentioned oils. I am working my way through Dr. Gundry's vegan dietary plan for both personal health issues as well as to fully understand the pro's and con's so I can better help my dietary consulting with people with health issues. Progress is positive, one day at a time. |

| I live in a small village in the wine country of Chile (similar in climate to Napa Valley, California, but with a life style that is more laid back and much like the US 40-50 years ago (no crime, no aggro, more horses than cars on our dirt roads). I divide my time into 3 areas, building an aquaponic environmentally controlled greenhouse to supply organic veggies to my local neighborhood year round, nutritional/psychological counseling for women "of a certain age" and remediation of the environment with the use of beneficial bacteria (sewage treatment, bad odors, oil spills and agricultural replacement of fertilizers and pesticides). I have US citizenship, was educated in US, Germany and the UK, have lived in 11 countries, only 6 years in the US from the age of 28, and am fluent in 3 languages, with reading ability in another 4. I march to my own drummer and don't follow politics personally, but do spend time trying to anticipate which path to oblivion the "powers that are elected" are likely to lead the world. |

| I'm Looking For |
| A university educated partner "of a certain age" with at least Spanish and English languages, who would like to escape the "crazy world's conflicts, politics and political correctness" in favor of a country lifestyle in a small village in the foothills of the Andes. A major town with 5 universities is just 45 minutes away and Santiago is 4 hours by car, bus or train, so we are cut off from civilization, but choose to live on its margin. For my sins I am a Mensan with 10 years of university studies, so mental agility would be a plus in a partner. My areas of study included classical music, psychology, metaphysics, sexual anthropology, the sciences and I managed to obtain a captain's license for sail, all oceans. Eclectic Nerd?
