| I'm on here, just like everyone else trying to make a connection. It's sad to grow old alone. I have an outgoing personality, I enjoy laughing and making people smile. I'm not fussy, I don't like drama and I believe in mutual respect. I believe online is a tool to meet someone but that is where it starts so I will only text or do emailing for a short period. I prefer speaking on the phone. I value great communication and appreciate etiquette when speaking on the phone that means speaking and listening. It's attractive when a man demonstrates leadership with moving the conversation from texting to speaking on the phone and then meeting in person. I am seeking someone that fully, completely and totally understands what commitment means. At this age, I have my story. It's full of pain and sadness (like most people my age) but I refuse to allow that to keep me down. I serve a mighty God, one who is still in control (even with the COVID epidemic we face). My 19-year-old son is now in college. Daughter lives in CA. I can be content at home all day or on a road trip, in the great outdoors or at a function. I eat and try to live a healthy lifestyle. No meat, no alcohol, no fumes, no tattoos. I'll also share this here, since I get asked about this a lot, my hair is naturally curly. Please kindly do not contact me if you are not interested in deeply getting to know me and becoming a good friend that could possibly lead to something else. If you hunt or smoke anything (this includes a cigar a year) we will not be a match. I am NOT in any rush to get a ring on my finger. I read 'Sacred Search' by Gary Thomas (if you haven't read it yet, you should, powerful material) and the principles he outlines for finding a mate is what I'm pursuing. I'm seeking a friendship with someone that will not hide behind the 'putting the best foot forward' epidemic but that will show the bad and the good BECAUSE we all have bad and good.
