| My food journey has been organically and intuitively evolving for more than a decade and plant-based eating is where it has led me. I used to eat everything under the sun, but at some point I started making a connection between eating certain foods, like beef, pork or fish and feeling unwell, so I eliminated them from my diet. I absolutely feel the difference mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically and I can't imagine eating/living any other way now! |

| I've been on a multi-decade spiritual journey into deeper relationship with Soul. My career ambitions and lifestyle have completely changed as a result, but most of all I have become a more artistically expressive, loving, empathic, open-minded, and compassionate person.
